    Felt really great. Tried out the Nike+ app on my phone with the GPS, really loved it! Accurate and easy to use. Up until now I was using the Nike+ chip on my Nano...on a side note, SUPER HUMID.

    Today my legs felt really heavy, but off and on I kept getting bursts of energy where I felt great and then would be tired again. But I pushed on through and was happy with the workout.

    Feeling good! Day 2 in the new shoes. Had a tough time breaking with all the pollen in the air but nothing to bad. The hill at the end killed me, certainly the time off in the winter was showing.

    Feeling good! Wore my new shoes for the first time today and had zero pain during or after! Good sign. Was a little tired on the massive hills during the run, but I chalk that up to bad allergies.

      Nike Vomero +6. I bought the 5s last season and really liked them a lot after having a very bad experience with a pair of Brooks that were totally not made for me (even thought i was "fitted" for them)

      I've been away for quite some time, looks like your training is going really well. Congrats! Have you been injury free?

    First 5 miler of the season. The run felt great, but shortly after my left foot and my right knee where pretty sore. Plantar was acting up...but no idea about the knee.
