My quads are still pretty sore from the marathon on I was a little slow.
Tabata breakdown: 20sec on: 10sec rest x 8 (each move)
-Single arm KB snatch
-Dead lifts - ouch.
-KB swings
-Goblet squats - I eventually had to lose the KB and just perform the squat.
