It was supposed to be a 5 mile tempo run. Don't mention the fact that this is the second time in 6 months that I've run that far and the other time was four stinking days ago. I at least made it to 4, with a lot of walking, but I gave up on the "tempo" bit after about 2 miles. Basically, this sucked and has seriously ruined my mood and evening.
