    Ripped in 30, Level 2. Used 3 lb weights to see what I'm up against. I'll move up to 5 lbs next time. Now allowing myself to move up to level 3 until I can make it through all the plank-based cardio!

    Ripped in 30, Level 1. Got through all of it today! Used 5 lb weights as much as I could, but my shoulders are so weak I have to use 3 lbs for those.

      So do I! I got so sick of the 30 Day Shred. Hopefully I'll actually work my way through all of the levels on this one. Have you done all the levels?

    I should have done 6 today, but after staying up till 3:30 I wasn't quite up for that. This cold, heavy fog didn't help. I definitely feel better now that I've gotten out there though.
