    Smooth. Program working as expected cause this was by far my easiest of the week. I started to try to speed up more on my last 50's and on each 25.

    Fitness Buddy App still and this went well, I did it in about 20 min then went to swim (doing the swim 0 to 1 mile again). Got out of pool and realized my legs were DONE. Good workout
