I'd have to say "The Anonymous Amateur" since she represents hard work & discipline without necessarily having the most perfect physique. There has to be beauty with variations of body types, else everyone would look like a symetrical clone (and that would be boring)!

Last year, I had some IT band issues where it ties into the left knee. It would be real tight and burn at the end of a run and for a few hours after. It went away after a few weeks of using the "Stick" to massage the kinks out. I hope you feel better soon.
