    I got to run outside today which makes me happy. No sweaty people next to me on the treadmill and clean air to breathe in. Just me and my IPod today running in God's outdoor gym!

      So true! That is just about the only dates my husband and I go on :-) Sometimes I joke that since the girls are in the kids club we shouldn't workout and just get a shake and sit and chat in peace and quiet! ha I love that you two workout together! Awesome strength today!
