Fifth Grade Field Trip 600 yd
Went to the Y for fifth grade field trip. Got in 600 yds. racing students. Two beat me. I took the rest. Of course, they're 10. Maybe not something to brag about. Lots of fun though!

First true workout since Saturday's relay. Mostly recovered but some definite pain around ankle/Achilles. Hope that's temporary.
