Slow and humid. Started out nice and smooth but by 7.5 miles started to sweat and shiver so I slowed to a walk/run and stopped to catch my breath. felt like I was starting to hyperventalate. Oh well feeling better now and done whining. First LSD for Space Coast in the books. :)

A fair 9 miler. Why do you think the last 2 were a struggle?

Good Morning Tracy. Just did not get enough sleep last night and I pulled a muscle on the side of my foot some where along the run and it's too damn humid! I should have made this the 5 miler which was on the plan and not have listened to my younger training partner who did not want to miss a long run this weekend. Opps rambaling.

You are not rambling :) So will you ice and elevate your foot today? Will you run again this weekend?

Tracy what do you think I was doing while sitting here? My 20 year old son want to be a P.T so he wraps, rubs and ices my legs and feet for practice. I can not get away with anything when he is home. Yes I will run but nothing longer than 6 and will go with Don not Erin.

Careful out there! And i agree Erin might not be the best choice till your foot is better and you breathe better. My son took a sports medicine class, and i cannot not tell you how many times he wrapped my foot in practice for a test. And how many rolls of sports tape i bought!!!

Nice miles. Make sure you stay hydrated on you runs. Dehydration can sneak up on you.
