    Did dead lifts with the big bar and 5lbs on each side. Also 3 sets of planks 2 held for 1:30 and last one 1:08. We tried pull-ups unassitted.

      We have a challenge going on at our Y hold a plank for 5 minutes by June. We will plank and then party at a local park.

    Need to do more hill work. Had to wait this morning for the fog to lift a little,boy did it get hot fast after that.Where did the cool weather go?

      NIce miles of hills today Cathy!! It warms up here during the day, but mornings and evenings when i am off it is in the 30's. Usually we are in the 20's - weird winter!

    Most of the ride was safe, had trouble with getting in and out of the Y parking lot. People just surprised by bike riders I guess?

    Took awhile to shake the tightness out of my legs. By 3 miles things felt good. Now I need to walk the dogs.
