    Today’s run. Mist and drizzle “forced” me to wear my too big IMCHOO ball cap on my run! Temps however, were lovely for a nice 3.5 Mile jaunt around the development. All good this Saturday!

    One of the nice things about not having a training schedule is, when it rains I don’t HAVE to run in it! Chose an hour ride on the trainer, followed by abs and arm workout. It’s all good (and dry!)!
