      Mark, we work out at an indoor soccer arena, so we use the lines...1st line 20 push-ups then bear crawl to 2nd line, then 20 push-ups, bear crawl, push-ups, etc...all the way down the field. Then run back and start next rotation.

      Wow Catherine! I did a six pack challenge a couple months ago with sit ups, push ups and planks-it only took us to a 2.5min plank-I was dieing. Good luck getting 5 min. At least you don't have to do the other exercises too though-may help some.

    Morning run around the airport trail with Dana. It is a beautiful clear sunny day! We both took advantage of our hour of free therapy...great stress reliever!
