      I know how you feel--losing a few pounds has made a huge difference in how I feel and how well I run. Spring is around the corner, Catherine. . . think warm and happy thoughts! In the meantime, though, that's a super 5 miler! Great pace!

      Great run, Catherine! So often I think I'm really speeding along then see that my average pace is way below what I'd expect. But, just as often, I pull off a run faster than I'd planned--maybe your next one will be super speedy and you won't even notice a difference in the effort! Enjoy the spring-like weather!

      Wow - really nice 'mil workout. I just can't bring myself to set the incline higher than 1% grade... maybe 1.5% tops. I have such a bad 'tude about the hamster wheel!

    Our roads are super icy, so stayed indoors. 1-mile warm up, 2 miles 8:23'ish, 1-mile cool down. Enjoyed watching the light snow flakes falling through our front window :-)

    I haven't ran on my treadmill for probably a couple of years! Did a 1-mile warm up, 3 miles around 8:20 with half-mile recovery in between, and 1.25-mile cool down. Nice change.
