    This was on a treadmill because I am lame with old-person joints, and climate control rules. Started slow at 5.5 mph, cruised at 6.5-7.5 for a while, was sprinting at 9mph at the end.

    I ran up and around to the top of Mt. Tabor and back. A lot of uphill, so there were a couple walking breaks. No idea whatsoever on that mileage, so I just guessed.
