Happy with this effort. Rode the windhaven hill & Ridgeview rollers twice. Nutrition was great (but we enjoyed lots of overcast sky till 10am). Quickly changed to run shoes...

alright Extreme hill workout with NTX... 5.25 mi
Legs were sore from my morning run. Oh and my weight session Wednesday night was very evident. Love running with awesome people.
