Gaining stamina in the water -- managed to start with a 500m free, then did 10x100m all in around 1:50-2:00 with 30 seconds rest between and finished up with 5x50m with 15 seconds rest -- was actually in and out of the pool in just under 45 minutes today! Happy swimming!
