Been at almost zero pain with the knee this past week and it was holding up great on the bike and in the pool, so I figured I'd give running another shot. Wouldn't call it pain, but the knee is still a bit dodgy, so another week off it it. I think I am getting close to being on the mend though...just need to keep being patient.
