    In San Francisco for work. Sore knee aside, I couldn't resist a little fresh air along the Bay Trail. It's just too damn enjoyable. Knee felt so-so.

      Wow, man I am real sorry to hear that! I have been there I know the feeling. I hope it's a quick recovery. I've had short ones and I've had long ones. Try some cross training on the bike...I was having fun watching your progress.

      Thanks for all the support guys. It's a reminder I am not superhuman and need to slow down and take my rest days seriously I guess. Makes you take a minute to realize how precious happy legs are as well. I'm still hoping for a quick turnaround but with the way things are feeling today, it's not looking good. Either way, I will back at it when I can!
