      I've never understood how your body is able to run such long distances, with such minimal volume. My guess is, that you have pretty incredible potential.

      i like out and backs. because once you turn around, you're on your way home, like how the horse picks up pace when it's heading back to the barn

    Ran the run for water 10 miler yesterday with a few miles to warm up. Ran the 10 mile race in 1:24, with some solid negative splits and felt pretty good.
