    great 10 Rds - 9 Pull ups, 9 Ring D... 00:14:45

    Did most of the PUs as kipped PUs, and needed help with a box on the RDs... man those things are hard. We also practiced power cleans ... did 3 reps around 155lbs.

    Felt great- first time with some real distance in the vibrams... I'll know more tomorrow if I'm still ok. Great to see the run club - always fun to chat while running.

      Nice work, Casey! How will you know tomorrow if you're ok? Do you get more sore in vibrams? (Me showing my complete lack of knowledge about these things:-)

      I'll check-In in the morning but Im actually surprised at how good I feel right now. Pads of the feet still building calluses and calfs sore but not any worse than in shoes after 8 miles. Stay tuned!

    Felt good... I'm starting to feel better on the bike. I was doing less up and down with the gears and just 'dealt' with some of the hills. RPM between 60-70 typically ... and about 150 Watts.

    Fine ... I started out walking .6 of a mile ... then started the watch and did a total of 6.6 with a .4 mile cool down. Had an upset stomach for some of it early on ... I hate when that happens.
