    course was a touch long so the finish could be in front of the conference center. won 1st overall......all the fast guys didn't show up. $10 gift card to the bar!!! free beer!!!!

    After a hard 8 yesterday, took it a little easier today. One easy, two moderate, two at half marathon pace, last 0.5 at 10k pace. Loving this cooler weather for picking up the pace a bit.

    kept it quick since I was short on time. felt like summer. shirtless runs in mid october are damn nice. three of the miles were sub 8. pretty happy with that on the noland.
