    course was a touch long so the finish could be in front of the conference center. won 1st overall......all the fast guys didn't show up. $10 gift card to the bar!!! free beer!!!!

    After a hard 8 yesterday, took it a little easier today. One easy, two moderate, two at half marathon pace, last 0.5 at 10k pace. Loving this cooler weather for picking up the pace a bit.

    kept it quick since I was short on time. felt like summer. shirtless runs in mid october are damn nice. three of the miles were sub 8. pretty happy with that on the noland.

    Perfect running weather. Ran the first 3 miles with the 1:35 pacer to keep myself from being stupid. Kept it steady then really picked it up from mile 9 on. Ran the last mile around 6:30.
