      man ... my kid is swimming Ft Eustis this weekend. had hoped it was Midtown so I could at least walk that gorgeous trail! Love it there... that pace is killer on that trail. You running Colonial Half this year?

    So stoked on this one. Almost all miles sub 8 except lap 2 when a friend met me. So fun to have a buddy for 5 miles. Picked it up the last lap. Lit up the 2 on the road at 16 and 17 - 7:16 and 7:04.

      soooo, what I took away from this was "external thrombosed hemmorhoid". Awesome. Also, you need to run an ultra w ME. Come to the June one, Mohican 50/100. Ultra vibe is definitely BETTER than road running. Come on now, come to my neck of the woods.
