So beautiful out today. Just an easy spin down Sidbury.

I had a friend who has a background in Sports Therapy take a look at my knee. She twisted, poked and pushed. Did all the things I have ... read more

Nice easy spin Carolyn! Glad your knee is feeling better. I know how hard it is to have to stop and give yourself time to heal. Pool will give you a nice diversion as you work on your swimming. Also what about running in the pool?

good Track Test Run 1.6 mi 00:25 15:37 pace

Nothing to get excited about here, except that I ran a few steps. 60/90 intervals. It felt so good to run. But not enough warm fuzzy feelings from my knee to encourage me to do it more. Try it ... read more

my experience with PT in general is that you do go through sometimes a lot of soreness, especially f you are rehabbing an injury, not a surgical site. your PT should be checking in with you and having you rate your max pain etc at each session to be sure that they aren't overdoing it with you.

Nice work. Dunno-depending on the injury, it may be easier to stand on the pedals than sit and grind it out. Definitely keep your cadence high (tough part for me!)

Distance is an estimate. We swam a lot. At the end of our workout she had us swim 50, get out and do 10 pushups, swim 50, do 10 press ups... 3x. My arms are completely noodle-fied.
