originally planned on going for a walk but 20 minutes in decided to run a little bit so i did: r5, w2, r3, w2. (when i said "a little bit" i really meant it).

5 minute warm-up, 4 minute cool-down, thirty minutes alternating run/walk. wore old sneakers. felt pretty good. perfect weather: cool and sunny.

not a great practice-- didn't love the instructor. i like my yoga to be more yogic and less like a bootcamp class... at least i got on the mat!
