This was my best run to date (Sunday). It felt good from beginning to end. I calculated my water stops a little better this time around. Felt fatigued, later in the day, but overall, I feel my endurance rising.


Woot! Awesomeness! For water I ALWAYS am drinking every ten minutes. without fail. My garmin 305 beeps at me every ten to remind me. I feel like pavlove's dogs! But it totally helps. also for running an hour or more, get Hammer Nutrition's Endolights. There are others that are similar, but I use there. two every hour. Just another quiver in your arrow!

Thanks for the tip, Eric. It has been so hard for me to get back where I was. Now, I know my body seems to need more water frequently, but not so much upfront. I will have to check the HNE out!
