1st time in forever! Not too bad. did an easy half mile at the local pool. Not the best place, although there is a lap pool, it wasn't strictly enforced. Let myself take mini rests between laps after the first 4. Went faster than I thought it might. Even tried a few faster laps at the end.


An "easy half mile" swimming? Pretty sure that's an oxymoron. Well done!
