Hard work in the heat, but managed to get it done! I'm wondering if I can trust the garmin. I swear I only did 16 laps, and the pace seems a bit fast for what I did. 1 mile warm up, 2 miles picking up the speed on the straights and back to jogging on the curves, and 1 mile cool down jogging
