    better than Tuesday's strong class. Instructor did her own routine instead of the new strong routine. Feeling weaker, but getting stronger.

      what's the diff b/w Strong Class & Body Blast? Both sound like they require much effort.

      Body blast has cardio bursts in btw strength reps. Strong class is typically just weights, w min cardio.

    meh. Couldn't go to my regular Tuesday body blast so went to Strong class. New routine, didn't like so much. Probably had to do w all the tricep push-ups.

    dark as night at 6:30. Ran w a friend training for her first 1/2. Several walk breaks, lots of gabbing, beautiful morning....all before 8.

      The new Runner's World had a QnA on running w your dog and they said it was equivalent to running a fartlek...so there it is! Lots of stops and quick starts at the beginning of the run, until he gets it all out of his system, then it's on to running and occasional sniffing.

    quick 1mi run, followed by quick 1/2 mi walk, followed by body blast class.

    Squeezed in a 5k after drop off and before volunteering at school. First run since the half. Fall has definitely arrived, but it makes for good running.
