    First time I've gone to this class. Surprised I wasn't more sore the next day. Also did 20min of elliptical before class.

    Wanted to go 3 today, but only made it 2 then walked 1/2 mi before running my 3rd mile. Then walked another 1/2 mile for a total of 4. Grrr. Not happy with where I'm at.

    Haven't taken this class in a long time, so I'll be sore tomorrow. All calories burnt were negated by my visit to Coffee Hound and Sugar Mama Bakery in downtown Bloomington...yummers.

    Took it pretty easy and still sweat a ton. Haven't done spin class in a long time. Definitely a workout even if I wasn't pushing it as hard as I could have.

    Ran a mile before pilates class. Surprisingly felt good considering I haven't been to the gym in 3wks.

    Wednesday Quick workout 1.5 mi 01:15

    Squeezed a short workout in before Jack's class. Ran 1.5 mi at 6mph, walked 1/2 mi at 4mph. Did Feb arms workout (tricep dips, pushups, shoulder presses) crunches.

    Ran a mile, walked a half.
    Did pilates for an hour.
    Did Feb arm workout (planks w rows, front raises and hammer punches, all w 8lb weights).

    Brought my ipad and read my ebook (Night Circus). Wasn't an intense workout, but, got to the gym. Progress.

    Not too bad. Did some floor exercises after. Crunches, pushups, and arm weights.

    Week 8 Day 1 Couch to 10k

    Ran 28 min at 10 min/mi and walked 10 min at 4 mi/hr. Felt a little better about the run today....but not much. Did some floor exercises too.
