    Great--have been lifting heavier weights and trying a new machine once in a while to keep it fresh.

    Good--ran that same hill again and loved it...am really enjoying hills suddenly. But it was very hot. Summer's not quite over :)

    I was happy at first because I ran straight up a long hill! but then I gassed out before I finished the run. But I wasn't able to run much last week and it was hot today, so next time will be better.

    Have been loving the weights lately...my abs are quite sore and I am looking forward to seeing if hitting the gym hard (for me!) is going to make any difference in other activities.
