      Carma, I am very sorry you will not be able to run Dallas, BUT there are many many more races in your future. Getting healthy now, and not pushing too hard in the process, will pay in the long run. I know you are bummed, but hang in there!

    kept it up fast to get some cardio in.. boring, but atleast i felt like i got a workout of some sort..

      At least you can bike and not just water run! That's a plus!! Just know that you may just come back stronger once you are healed. It's just frustrating for a little while.
