    Still having a bad shin splint in my left leg and suddenly having minor shooting pains in my lower back, but overall was a great run. I think I may need more arch support in my shoes!

    Went to the gym for the first time in forever! Just got on the treadmill and ran for about 10 minutes, then walked at 3.8 mph at an incline. Felt nice to be fairly active again!
