Holy crap I ran fast!! I mean like actual person fast not just fast for Carly!
Warm up 400 @ 2:02 (whoops. I got really excited & got caught up in running with the faster people)
800 repeats: 4:50, 4:44, 4:16, 4:11!!!!! (and I was not running the inside so most of these were actually about .55 miles so pacing was 8:55, 8:44, 7:56, 7:50). Who is this person running in my body?!
And I seriously felt great the entire time. My legs feel great now. Maybe because I walked the 400's between the 800's? But even considering that I walked 4x400 my overall pace was 10:04.
I seriously looooooove my training group!!

@Creighton - I'm running with Pacers (but there are at least 5 groups running at the track so there are lots of choices if you're looking for a group!!)
