30 minute tempo run, first 5 and last 5 minutes barely moving and the middle 20 minutes at much faster paces. Then 200 kettlebell swings and 200 pushups. I haven't been logging my runs on here since just recording miles and time doesn't really suit the faster, shorter running/weight work I've been doing. Working on a faster 5K time before I get back to my longer runs.
