      Here's the 'splanation. It's shorthand for the details of my workout.
      "1000wu kg" means 1000 yards (40 lengths of the pool) warmup (freestyle) at keep-going pace. Keep-going is neither super slow cool down, but it's not pushing hard either. It's kind of like walking briskly or jogging nice and easy, and when I finish I'm not dead tired and gasping for breath. Just a nice low aerobic pace.

      "400 free w/ 75 kg + 25 hard per 100" means 400 yards (16 lengths) freestyle without stopping, but I mentally
