EXHAUSTED!!!!! Today I decided to try a new trail that had a bigger loop and I figured heck I've done 4 miles before......no big deal. Well this trail had tons of hills and OMG my body is so sore. I didn't do the whole thing because my anxiety started creeping up and I didn't have any water or my phone on me and the last thing I wanted to happen was to have a mental melt down with no one around lol. My husband was also on the trail but he was running it while I walk/jog. Once I got to the top of the trail I turned back and my anxiety went back down. New trails tend to always make me anxious but I'm pretty sure next week I will be able to go farther than I did this time. I wish the air wasn't so thin but one day we will be back at sea level and it will be easier :) Oh and my husband didn't know the trail and got LOST! He ended up running 5 miles and was several miles away from where we parked the SUV. Usually he takes the car keys but today I made sure to get them before we started our jog because I knew that I'd be back to the SUV before him and it worked out great because I had to go pick him up lol. Sorry for rambling but I have 1 more thing to add: I purchased a fanny pack kinda thing that allows me to carry my water, keys, phone, and snack without having to stuff them all into my sweaty bra :) I'm so happy about that, I'm just hoping it doesn't bounce too much
