    Ran 1.5mi, alt run/walk .5mi, walked remainder with all out run for last .2mi to finish. Excellent run.

    Tuff, tuff run. My first time with any sort of elevation gain... and it was only 290 feet. I'm really happy with my time though, considering how much I had to walk going uphill.
