    Shin splints prevented a run... but still got my mile :)

    GREAT! Leg pain started in 1st 1/4mi, stopped, dumped the sneaks, ran painlessly for the duration. One of my best times :)

    Well... they can't all be good days. Was fatigued from a week long struggle with food poisoning, jet lag and overall burning the candle at both ends.
