    2 weekends of racing in a row - traveling for ITU racing. Back at home and not loving the humidity being back in Miami, FL. Happy to say the training is paying off - two podiums.

    Didn't feel hip flexor in the water. Was happy to complete a good set in the pool. Had good company too - always grateful for pool company as human fish are a rare specie.
