This is the first run in a while I've been bummed about. I had a 5.6mi loop mapped out, but less than a mile in, my tummy got angry. By the time I looped around to my house, my legs still felt like bricks, and I was struggling at a snail's pace. Usually it gets better as time goes on, but I definitely ran out of steam. Rather than forcing myself to go back out and get the miles in today, I'm going to make up the miles in the coming days. My punishment shall be using this time to do laundry.
Oh, and while I'm bummed, I'm totally reminding myself, "At least you did SOMETHING." And that helps.

    I know what you mean. Those days happen and I am not sure why. I really does still make a difference that you went out, though, so good going!
