My longest run yet! Weee! I hated every minute (especially with no music), but I'm so glad I did it.
I know that I really pushed myself, so I'm not mad that I walked about one or two blocks each mile. I might have had a better run if I'd given my legs a day of rest after three days of leggy workouts, but you know about hindsight. Lesson learned. I'm still quite proud.
