First run to stretch out the legs after starting the taper. Was OK but the it was warm even though it just stopped raining! Wished I'd gone longer but left calf was a little tight and there's a planned Yasso 800 tomorrow.

What a coincidence, I also had tightness and a twinge of pain in my left calf and shin that elicited an ice pack treatment after the run.
