A bit of pseudo brick workout just to feel the jelly legs. Within 100m the legs were fine. Key is not to overstride. Small little strides will do it. And yes brick training is great to simulate those late miles in a marathon.


I would have had to crawl if I did a 20K spinning session and then try to run after that ... LOL!

For a brief 14:29, I felt like a non-swimming Ironman. sometimes self delusions can be motivating hahahaha!

Yesterday run 27km then today have a 20km spin n 2.72km run is very good perform. For me dunno can walk back home after finish this train.
