Second ever 5k, wasn't sure if I was prepared or not but I gave it my best effort! I ran the WHOLE thing. Ive never run that far non stop before. :) Thankfully, for the first time, I have minimal shin pain. Normally after a 1 mile run (like last sunday) I had fierce shin pain! =D Things are finally looking good for them.
