Two 6min HR Z4 (170+bpm) intervals with a 2 min jog in-between - followed by the standard HR Z2 (140bpm) run. Pace hurt by the long break between run sessions. I apparently lose running fitness rather quickly if I take too much time off from running. Rest is good. Too much rest: Bad.
