  1. Popping in to say hello, though I've been moving my runs and chatter over to Strava - as synched with Garmin. Hope everyone's training has been wonderful as the temperatures and humidity ... read more

  2. RUN
great Mashpee Run Club 4.16 mi 00:39 09:24 pace

I was super comfortable rockin' less than 9 minute paces for the first half, but then slipped in next to a friend for a chill return. Gives me hope the humidity is lifting and cool breezes are... read more

  3. RUN
good Vermont Covered Bridge 2.1 mi 00:21 10:11 pace

Just a little jaunt down to the river and covered bridge in Waitsfield, to enjoy a coffee with my pal! Wish it wasn't all downhill, but we were just loosening up after I shot an 8 hour wedding... read more

  4. RUN
great Common Road with Sarah (VT) 3.22 mi 00:38 11:40 pace

Running in the mountains with one of my besties, Sarah! Dirt roads and red barns. Blissful!

  5. RUN
good Chatham with Bekah! 5.5 mi 00:50 09:09 pace

Tough heat and mental push, as Bekah is a faster runner and I wanted to speed up for her, but it was so nice running with a former Instagram-only friend! This was also my first time running two day... read more

  6. RUN
great Mashpee Run Club 4.08 mi 00:38 09:18 pace

Felt awesome, and convinced four other girls to keep going another mile with me!

  7. RUN
great Cotuit Green Run 5K 3.1 mi 00:26 08:30 pace

Pushed as hard as I've ever pushed on a 5K, which honestly means I've maybe "raced" twice. Usually these are just fun runs, but it felt great to see what the knee could do!

  8. RUN
    good Bogs, I think. 4.5 mi 00:44 09:41 pace

Loop around the cranberry bogs... tracked with phone app too and the numbers were waaaay different. 30 sec faster pace and .25 longer miles via phone.

  9. RUN
great Osterville with Friends! 3.5 mi

Our paces were up around 10-11 I think, but I wasn't even bothering with the watch - it was so fun to run with friends who I know through photography and have never run with before :-) Showed ... read more

  10. RUN
alright Orleans to Eastham 3.5 mi 00:34 09:37 pace

My husband loves to run in the middle of the day, GAH!!! But the views and rewards were worth it as we had someone drop us off and ran to meet them at the beach! Iced the knee in Cape Cod Bay!

  11. RUN
great Cotuit Relaxing 4.25 mi 00:40 09:31 pace

I super zoned out and enjoyed this run, never looking at my watch or pace. Just felt so free to be out there running again and exploring beach and dock views. I stopped for a handful of photos alon... read more

  12. 2-3 weeks left of a "back to running" program from my PT... and I should be getting to around 45 minutes every other day at this point. I've only been at 3 runs per week though, so I... read more

  13. RUN
good Cranberry Bogs 4.7 mi 00:45 09:34 pace

New idea for speed work... run the cranberry bogs and get blasted by wind around every other corner ;-) So much HOT and humid.

  14. RUN
good Osterville Run Club 3.72 mi 00:35 09:19 pace

Awesome group gathered to run something new this week! Started and finished on the harbor, and lots of ocean views along the way!

  15. RUN
good Osterville with Gary 4.15 mi 00:40 09:40 pace

Hot loop before a wedding day (I'm a photographer) - thanks to hubs for joining, but no thanks to him for contributing to a late start!

  16. RUN
good Pub Run - Marathon Sports Yar... 3 mi 00:28 09:16 pace

Fast loop, and a great new pub - the Red Nun in Dennisport!

  17. RUN
good Marathon Sports Run Club 3.24 mi 00:30 09:24 pace

Usual Tuesday night with da club.

  18. RUN
good Run With Houseguests + Dogs 4.83 mi 00:49 10:09 pace

So fun to be out there with friends - particularly our great friends from Vermont! Earned our trashy drinking and eating the rest of the day... maybe.

  19. RUN
    great Treadmill 2.5 mi 00:23 09:00 pace

So much faster indoors than in recent humidity outside! Interrupted by important phone call, and didn't have time to add on.
