    For not having ridden in forever my legs feel/felt amazing. You wouldn't know from my heartbeat though. Average RPM was 73, 82 max and 60 lowest.

    Just explored Clear Creek west and stuff, lots of path closures, lots of gravel, and cracks. Was quite annoying, but nice to explore something new. Got used to the aerobars at least.
