60-75 rpm, 120 avg heart rate, 130 max. Didn't want to go outside cause of heat

  2. VELO
    great 12.77 mi 00:56 13.7mph pace

Damage to my bike from when it slipped out of the trainer holder

  4. FIT
    good 00:25

For not having ridden in forever my legs feel/felt amazing. You wouldn't know from my heartbeat though. Average RPM was 73, 82 max and 60 lowest.

  5. FIT
    good 00:35

For not having ridden in months felt pretty good. So out of shape though.

  6. VELO
    good 20.61 mi 01:26 14.3mph pace

Been a while since I last went on a ride. Was good to get out again. Had to take a break half-way cause got a lil tired. No aero-bars this time. At one point my heart rate was 160 O_O

  7. VELO
    alright 25.24 mi 01:53 13.4mph pace

Hadn't ridden in a while, and was exploring a new trail (Ralston Creek) so got lost a couple times, and was a slower pace. Did do a lot of aero bar riding though

  8. VELO
    good 22.25 mi 01:26 15.5mph pace

Home to downtown, Platte north to Thornton, then Clear Creek home. Did some aerobar intervals.

  9. RUN
    alright 0.6 mi 00:06:04 10:06 pace

Run after bike ride, almost immediate. Knees were a lil sore, and had to do intervals of sorts but wasn't too bad. Got horrible shin splints though! Maybe my pace is too fast (which is prolly ... read more

  10. VELO
    good 22.94 mi 01:41 13.7mph pace

Just explored Clear Creek west and stuff, lots of path closures, lots of gravel, and cracks. Was quite annoying, but nice to explore something new. Got used to the aerobars at least.

  11. Gonna do my first ride since MS150, with aerobars!

  12. VELO
    good 73.54 mi 04:37 15.9mph pace

MS150 day 2, and OWIE. Knees/leg muscles weren't too bad, but the saddle parts were not-so-good feeling. Lots more climbing on this day, started off with the bigass climb we ended with the day... read more

  13. VELO
    71.66 mi 04:09 17.3mph pace

Distance may be slightly off but close enough. Kept a strong pace except near the end with the climbs, which were brutal.

  14. VELO
    17.47 mi 01:22 12.9mph pace

Slow pace because most of the ride was climbing practice. Went just outside Boulder a bit up the Canyon (still haven't looked at map) but not quite at Nederland. Felt pretty good most of the r... read more

  15. VELO
    alright 57.6 mi 03:47 15.2mph pace

Went from my house to Cherry Creek State Park, and around the lake then back downtown, then a little bit on South Platte Trail to try to get to 4hrs but decided I hurt/was too beat to do it. Did ta... read more

  16. VELO
    blah 15.24 mi 01:03 14.5mph pace

Got caught in the rain, a car tapped my rear derailleur. Decided to do a short ride cause I wanted to beat the rain, which didn't work out so well.

  17. VELO
    alright 51.69 mi 03:21 15.5mph pace

Considering my legs were still a little sore from a run, I'm quite pleased and surprised by this. I was trying to go for 4hrs but wasn't feelin it. Knees were hurtin (they seem ok today m... read more

  18. RUN
    alright 1.6 mi 00:18 11:04 pace

Was going faster than I thought...too fast. Even with interval type things. First run I've done since I left the gym in November or something. Heartbeat was insane. Funny, can bike for 50 mile... read more

  19. Gettin running shoes today! Yay!

  20. VELO
    alright 13.17 mi 00:54 14.5mph pace

Wasn't feelin it today, so only rode for less than an hour. I forgot how much a pain headin home from downtown was, it's uphill :( And it was windier than I thought so just wasn't do... read more
