      That's a bummer. I jumped ship from strava but understand the draw. Much better Analytics, especially the graphs and HR zone data.

      and I just looked at the official results. Since I now know I actually ran 42 miles in 9:47:50 that puts my average pace at exactly 14:00/mile. WOOT!

      Since this next week will be a bit restful (last tattoo session -- ouch!) I needed to keep my miles up overall.

      I'm finally going to be able to jump back in the training saddle -- and in the nick of time! My 40-mile ultra is 6 weeks from today, and my longest run was that 15.5-er yesterday, with my longest week being around 34 miles. So -- time to git 'er done!
