Recovery Run

Updating stats just for Dom @runninja :0) First run after being released on 1/30/11. Barefoot on grass, something @cmoss23 taught me a long time ago to ease back into running after being out.
Taking it easy - not focusing on pace or distance right now, just trying to get my legs used to running again. Recovery period was medical related, not injury related, so luckily I don't have to worry too much :) provisional for the next 5-weeks, then hopefully I can take it from there
