Andy D. met me this morning for 8 around the Woodcroft area. Team in Training was doing their session a little earlier and a little farther away from my house than I wanted to deal with - especially for a scale back week. Kind of a bummer - Andy had to walk after 2.5 miles or so due to what I think is tendonitis (sounds exactly like what I dealt with after my first HM). Anyway, he BETTER GET IT CHECKED OUT instead of being his usual stubborn self and making it worse. Anyway, super humid today, but I was grateful for some cloud cover. My runs this week have all been below a 10min pace which makes me feel good. I definitely think I feel like I should after a little scale-back - still had some energy after this run and could have kept going. 14 next week - will be a distance PR :) Have a GREAT Saturday all, I know I will, celebrating Jake B.'s new hiz-ouse!
