good Circuit Class 01:00

Nice class today and I met a new friend :) Circuits were as follows - 4 times through each:
- Prison jumps, alternating shoulder raises, TRX alternating curtsy squats, shoulder pulls
- Low squats w/ one leg on ground (no idea what to call it), sit ups, TRX alternating rows, bicep curls/hammer curls
- Rainbow kicks in plank, mountain climbers, TRX chest flies, tricep presses

Annnnnd I'm spent.
