Had a 40 min tempo on the books this morning. Knocked it out of the park. Warmed up at 9.40 for ten mins, then increased the speed until I hit 8.13 pace for the last 30 seconds. Cooled down for 5 mins. I probably could have pushed harder, but this felt amazing and good on the body.
