      You can count work miles until you've been running/walking regularly for 4 months, then you can only include what you do on the trail/treadmill or whatever. Sorry, that's the rule, I didn't make it up, i'm just tellin ya what it says in the rulebook. Don't believe me?? Ask Heather. Great effort, keep it up skinny.

    good, It was a beautiful overcast day. I Want to keep working on my 5k time. I want to complete a 5k before I turn 31! I didnt run at all though, just wanted to see how long to actually walk it.
