very dry mouth :) i gotta learn to breath through my nose without hyperventilating. not too bad for not running .. in .. like.. ever! Couch to 5k is awesome!!!!

You can count work miles until you've been running/walking regularly for 4 months, then you can only include what you do on the trail/treadmill or whatever. Sorry, that's the rule, I didn't make it up, i'm just tellin ya what it says in the rulebook. Don't believe me?? Ask Heather. Great effort, keep it up skinny.
