      Yeah, I can't wait. This walk-to-run training program I'm following is pretty good, should be able to run 30 minutes continuously in about 10 weeks. It will be nice to be in shape again, not that I’m in awful shape now. I just know there is no way for me to walk out the door and run a sub 6 minute mile like I could in high school.

      You'll get there. It just takes diligence. A little over a year ago, I smoked 3/4 of a pack a day, now it's no thing to run 10 - 15 miles. I was also able to get back to my sub 6:00 mile days of high school too.
