Ok, I went out to run yesterday instead of today. Today is our running club meeting and I wanted to get the miles in.

I arrived a little early and started with another runner who was early as well. I ran 1.5 miles before the other came out. There was a new runner (1st time running after 7 years) and I ran with her. Since she was new we went and did a run/walk. 1 min running, 2 min walking. Of course this made me slower but I enjoyed the company and being able to help somebody to start running.

I managed to run 3 miles and was happy about it. Since it was a very very easy run for me I felt like I could have done 3 more mile. But I didn't.
